Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zonesix — the website at zonesix.ai and the zonesix application (together, the "Service"), operated by Perceptor LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Who can use zonesix

The Service is offered to customers in the United States only. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. zonesix is a tool for businesses and is not intended for personal or consumer use.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it, including keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know promptly at support@zonesix.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data, or interfere with the Service's operation. Don't resell or provide the Service to third parties except as the product is designed to allow.

Your data

You own the data you put into zonesix. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it back to you, and to operate the Service. How we handle your data — including that we do not sell it or use it to train AI models — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

zonesix offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.

• Free tier. Available at no cost, subject to the usage limits described in the product.
• Paid subscriptions. Billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Changes in capacity. If you reduce or cancel a paid subscription, data beyond your remaining plan capacity becomes read-only ("frozen") rather than deleted, and is restored if you upgrade again. We do not delete your data because of a billing change.
• Price changes. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

The Service is a tool, not a quality decision

zonesix provides statistical analysis to help you understand your processes. It does not make quality, engineering, or regulatory decisions for you. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on its output, for your own quality system, and for compliance with any standards or regulations that apply to your operation. The Service is not a substitute for professional engineering or quality judgment.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, the data provisions of the Privacy Policy govern how your data is handled.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
