Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of the Terms of Service and governs what you may do with zonesix (the "Service"), operated by Perceptor LLC. By activating a workspace you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What zonesix is for
zonesix is an operational statistical-process-control tool: you record measurements, establish baselines, view control charts, and track process behavior over time. It is intended for businesses operating facilities in the United States.
It is not a quality management system, a system of record, or a compliance platform. Keep your official quality and compliance records in the systems your industry and regulators require.
Data you may not upload
Do not put any of the following into the Service:
- Export-controlled or otherwise restricted technical data, including data subject to ITAR or the EAR.
- Classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Protected health information subject to HIPAA.
- Payment card numbers or other cardholder data.
- Personal data that you intend to be governed by the GDPR or UK GDPR, or other data carrying specific regulatory handling obligations we do not support.
zonesix is not designed to receive, and is not configured to protect, data of these kinds. You are responsible for ensuring the measurements and notes you upload are free of them.
How you may not use zonesix
- As the authoritative or sole record for regulated quality activities — approvals, sign-offs, dispositions, deviations, CAPA, or product release.
- To make or document regulatory submissions, certifications, or attestations.
- To break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate a contract you are bound by.
- To gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data, upload malware, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- To resell or provide the Service to third parties except as the product is designed to allow.
US-only
The Service is offered to US businesses operating US facilities. It is not offered to, or directed at, customers or facilities outside the United States.
Your responsibility
You decide whether zonesix is suitable for your intended use. The Service's outputs — charts, limits, capability figures — are informational and do not constitute a determination that any part, lot, or process conforms to a specification or is fit for release.
Enforcement
If we become aware of a violation of this Policy, we may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on the severity. We will use reasonable judgment and, where practical, contact you first.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the version and date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
